About Serhii Kolomiiets

Providing reliable and community-focused mobile notary services across Coquitlam, the Tri-Cities, and Metro Vancouver. Rooted in clear communication and genuine care.

The journey

My journey to becoming a commissioned British Columbia Notary Public began naturally through years of work and incorported, amongs other things, public service and advocacy. For over 15 years, I worked as a certified translator and interpreter, as well as a WorkBC Case Manager and Legal Administrative Assistant. In each role, I guided people through complex legal language and administrative systems.

To formalize this dedication, I earned  a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies through Simon Fraser University, as well as completed the Notary Education Program governed and administered by the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia

Clarity and comfort before every signature

Legal paperwork can feel intimidating, but it does not have to be. Having spent years witnessing clients feel overwhelmed by complex forms, I ensure that you understand every document thoroughly before putting pen to paper. There is never any legal jargon left unexplained and no rushing through details.

As a mobile notary, I meet you wherever you feel most comfortable—whether at home, your office, or another local setting throughout Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.

Dedicated to community and multilingual support

My multilingual background in English and Ukrainian allows me to serve clients with both linguistic and cultural fluency — something I know matters deeply, especially for newcomers navigating legal processes in a new country. I'm particularly committed to supporting British Columbia's growing Ukrainian community, as well as continuing the work I've long valued with Indigenous communities across the province.

I offer mobile notary services across the Tri-Cities and wider Metro Vancouver area, meeting clients where it's most convenient for them. If you have questions or are ready to book, I'd be glad to help.
